Event Registration Information

Only online registrations will be accepted through PayPal.

To register for Individual Registration - $125.00     

To register for Exhibitor Registration - $300.00       

 

Credit Card payments on PayPal will be directed to Registration Form
AFTER payment is complete. Please fill out all fields and submit.

 

Cancellations and refunds will be made only if requested in writing.
No refunds will be made after April 22, 2012. Registration may be
transferred to another individual with written notice if received
prior to April 25, 2012. No one-day rate available.
